Right to Modify Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The quoted price is based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Pricing

Prices listed are starting prices and may increase based on hair length, density, condition, or additional time required.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Ranging $50-$200. Deposits will be applied toward your final balance. If you cancel, no-show, or reschedule outside of the allowed policy, your deposit will be forfeited. And applicable fees will apply.

Deposits are due 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment. If not paid your appointment will be canceled.

Coloring Services

Coloring services are not currently offered. However, trusted colorist recommendations are available upon request.

15-Minute Grace Period

A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled, and the $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

Respect

Mutual respect is expected at all times. Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment and may prevent future bookings.

Illness

If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

No-Call | No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require full payment in advance.

Payments

The following payment methods are accepted:

Major credit cards
Major debit cards
Google Pay
Apple Pay
Cash
Zelle

By providing payment information, you authorize charges for all amounts outlined on your invoice, including:

Deposits
Final balances
Retail products
Applicable taxes
Gratuities

Squeeze-In Appointments

Squeeze-in appointments are available by approval only.
The cost includes:

The full service price, plus
An additional squeeze-in fee equal to the cost of the service.

Example:

4-Week Loc Maintenance: $120
Squeeze-In Fee: $120
Total: $240

Service Refusal

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service if the hair or scalp condition is unsuitable, if expectations are unrealistic, or if a client's behavior is inappropriate or disrespectful. If a deposit has been made, it will not be eligible for refund.

Hair Condition

Hair must be free of excessive product buildup, oils, waxes, and heavy residue. If additional cleansing is required, a detox or shampoo service may be added to your appointment for an additional fee.

Consultation Policy

Certain services require a consultation before booking. Appointments booked without a required consultation may be canceled.

Add-Ons Policy

If add-on services are not selected at the time of booking, they cannot be added during your appointment.
Please book accordingly. No Exceptions!

Cancellations (Not-Within 48 Hours)

Appointments canceled 49 hours or more of the scheduled appointment will not incur a $100 cancellation fee.

Photos & Videos

Photos and videos may be taken before and after your service for portfolio and marketing purposes. Please let me know before your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed.

No Guarantee of Results

Individual results may vary from photos, inspiration images, marketing materials, or hairstyle descriptions provided before your appointment.

While every client's hair is unique all effort will be made to achieve your desired style, results may vary based on hair texture, density, length, previous treatments, and overall hair condition. Exact replication of reference photos cannot be guaranteed.

Refund Policy

There is no general right to a refund.

Hair services, including loc extension installations, are considered personal services and cannot be returned.

Except as expressly stated in the Limited Service Warranty, all services are final and non-refundable.

Arrival Requirement

Clients must arrive with their hair shampooed and ready for service, unless otherwise discussed prior to the appointment.

Cancellations (Within 48 Hours)

Appointments canceled 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

If the cancellation fee is not paid by the next scheduled booking you will not be able to book another service until the overdue balance has been settled.
