A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled, and the $50 rescheduling fee will apply.

Appointments canceled 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee.

If the cancellation fee is not paid by the next scheduled booking you will not be able to book another service until the overdue balance has been settled.

Hair must be free of excessive product buildup, oils, waxes, and heavy residue. If additional cleansing is required, a detox or shampoo service may be added to your appointment for an additional fee.

Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Future appointments may require full payment in advance.

There is no general right to a refund.

Hair services, including loc extension installations, are considered personal services and cannot be returned.

Except as expressly stated in the Limited Service Warranty, all services are final and non-refundable.

Please select the appropriate service and pricing option when booking. If it is determined at your appointment that an incorrect service, retie interval, or length fee was selected, your total will be adjusted accordingly before services are rendered.

If the additional time required cannot be accommodated, your appointment may be rescheduled. A rescheduling fee may be added, or your deposit may be forfeited, in accordance with the salon's booking policy.

If add-on services are not selected at the time of booking, they cannot be added during your appointment.
Please book accordingly. No Exceptions!

Coloring services are not currently offered. However, trusted colorist recommendations are available upon request.

If you are feeling ill or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact me to reschedule your appointment.

Rescheduled Appointments

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service if the hair or scalp condition is unsuitable, if expectations are unrealistic, or if a client's behavior is inappropriate or disrespectful. If a deposit has been made, it will not be eligible for refund.

Clients must arrive with their hair shampooed and ready for service, unless otherwise discussed prior to the appointment.

Certain services require a consultation before booking. Appointments booked without a required consultation may be canceled.

Locs that extend past the shoulders will incur a $50 length fee.
Locs that reach the small of the back will incur a $100 length fee.
Locs that extend past the bum will incur a $200 length fee.

Additional fees may apply for extra length beyond these guidelines.

Photos and videos may be taken before and after your service for portfolio and marketing purposes. Please let me know before your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed.

Mutual respect is expected at all times. Abusive language, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the appointment and may prevent future bookings.

Squeeze-in appointments are available by approval only.
The cost includes:

An additional squeeze-in fee equal to the cost of the service.

Appointments canceled 49 hours or more of the scheduled appointment will not incur a $100 cancellation fee.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Ranging $50-$200. Deposits will be applied toward your final balance. If you cancel, no-show, or reschedule outside of the allowed policy, your deposit will be forfeited. And applicable fees will apply.

Deposits are due 48 hours (2 days) before your appointment. If not paid your appointment will be canceled.

Individual results may vary from photos, inspiration images, marketing materials, or hairstyle descriptions provided before your appointment.

While every client's hair is unique all effort will be made to achieve your desired style, results may vary based on hair texture, density, length, previous treatments, and overall hair condition. Exact replication of reference photos cannot be guaranteed.

Prices listed are starting prices and may increase based on hair length, density, condition, or additional time required.

Example: Retie at 9+ Weeks

Base retie (up to 8 weeks): $220
Additional fee: $40 per week after 8 weeks

If your last retie appointment was January 30, 2026, and you are booking for April 24, 2026, your weeks are calculated from the date of your last retie appointment.

Week Count:

February: 6, 13, 20, 27 = 4 weeks
March: 6, 13, 20, 27 = 4 weeks
April: 3, 10, 17, 24 = 4 weeks

Total: 12 weeks

This is what you will pay:

Base retie (covers up to 8 weeks): $220
Additional 4 weeks: 4 × $40 = $160

Total Due: $380
